Levada candle by GURTOK
For generations, the jar was an essential object of daily life. With time, its practical role faded, and it became a vessel of memory and artistic expression. While its original function is no longer necessary, the form itself remains timeless.
Details
Soy wax, beeswax
Burning time: up to 40 hours
Weight: 550 grams
Height: 17 cm
Scent
Fragrance Family: Floral
Scent Type: Elegant, Sophisticated
Top notes: Apple blossom, Gardenia
Middle notes: Jasmine
Base notes: Lily, Wildflowers
Care
When lighting for the first time, allow the wax to melt over the entire surface so that thin tunnel holes do not form. This may take 2-3 hours.
Trim the wick to 6 mm before each lighting to prevent the candle from smoking.
The candle can leave marks on surfaces, and wax will flow during burning. Therefore, we recommend storing and using the candle on a stand.
Due to the complex shape of the candle, it requires special care. Point the wick toward the center if it leans sideways. And if the shape starts to melt unevenly on one side, extinguish the candle and continue burning it after the wax has completely hardened.
A thin layer of patina may form on the candle - this is a normal natural process. To restore the rich color, simply wipe the candle with a soft sponge or microfiber.
